Delivery
We are a UK based company and our delivery costs are based on delivering items to UK mainland destinations. If you are interested in purchasing our products from outside the UK, please email us to request a delivery quote.
All our trees are delivered flat-packed which minimises any chance of damage. The
branches and the foliage need to be arranged. Details of how to dress your tree
will be enclosed with your delivery. If you need any help please call the Helpline.
If you ordered 4 or more trees and requested them to be potted in planters they
will be delivered on a pallet, which ensures they will not be damaged in transit.
Delivery charges for trees are usually £15 per tree, but if the total value
of your order is over £400, delivery is free.
Flowers, if in glass or ceramic pots are sent by carrier and are charged up to
£15 per item.
We are dependent on Third Parties for most of our deliveries which sent by carrier
for Next Day delivery. We can sometimes despatch on the day after you have placed
your order, so you will receive it 2 days later. If we are busy however it can
take up to 5 working days before your delivery is despatched. If you need your
order quickly or for a specific day please note that when placing your order and/or
ring our helpline to advise us. You will find we are friendly and helpful and
will do everything within our power to meet your request.
If you have ordered pots with your trees and asked us to pot them the delivery
time can take a day longer. We need to plant the trees, let them harden, dress
the top, and rewrap the tree. If you have ordered more than 4 trees they will
be delivered on a pallet and wrapped in a heavy duty cardboard case to protect
them.
Allow at least 5 days to receive a palletised delivery but again ring us if you
need the goods by a special date. If access to your address is difficult for a
large lorry please let us know in advance.
Small items (plants) are sent by business post and are charged at £6 for 2 to 3 items.
All charges quoted include VAT.
